This notice describes how the current 11sound.hu Astro application handles (or does not handle) cookies.
DRAFT — draft-pending-trade-register. This cookie notice reflects current application behaviour, but the legal pack is not final (company registration number — legal verification). We do not add a cookie banner merely for form’s sake when the site does not set its own non-essential cookies.
1. Summary
Based on the source code and public pages, the 11sound website does not currently set its own (first-party) cookies for analytics or marketing and does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar trackers.
Site scripts do not write marketing identifiers to localStorage / sessionStorage.
2. Google Fonts (external request, not a first-party cookie)
BaseLayout loads Google Fonts CSS (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This is a third-party network request; Google may see technical data such as IP address. It is not a first-party marketing cookie on the 11sound domain, but it is third-party processing — see Privacy Policy.
Owner decision: self-hosting fonts would remove these Google requests.
3. Necessary technical behaviour
The contact form does not require first-party cookie consent under the current implementation. The spam honeypot and server-side rate limiting are not first-party cookies.
Your browser or CDN / hosting infrastructure may set its own technical cookies on its own domains — those are outside this application’s code. Production hosting behaviour should be verified by the owner.
4. Outbound links
Links to partner stores (for example flightcase.hu), social networks and other external sites are ordinary hyperlinks. If you follow them, those third parties may set their own cookies under their policies.
5. Cookie banner
There is no cookie banner at present because the application does not set non-essential first-party cookies. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, a banner / consent flow and this notice must be updated — subject to owner/legal decision first.
