2. Nature of the website
11sound.hu is primarily a brand presentation and information site for the Hungarian market: shop links, DJ equipment rental, supply & install, journal content and contact.
Purchases are not completed on this brochure site. Shop CTAs point to external storefronts (for example flightcase.hu and labelled international partners). Those stores apply their own terms.
Rental information pages (/dj-eszkoz-berles/, /funktion-one-berles/) and the homepage rental section describe services; availability and pricing are confirmed through individual inquiry. This draft does not publish a price list.
3. Content and accuracy
We aim for accurate information, but equipment lists, galleries and descriptions are informational. Availability and configurations may change; the written confirmation of an inquiry prevails.
Journal articles are editorial content and are not individual legal or technical advice.

The contact form is for inquiries. See Privacy Policy for data processing. Messages are delivered by email only when SMTP is configured.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, brand names (11sound / ElevenSound), logo and original photos on this site belong to their respective rights holders, except where a third-party source is indicated. Copying or reuse without prior permission is prohibited except as allowed by law.
6. Liability (draft)
The website is provided on an “as is” basis for information. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to. Liability and warranty for a concrete rental or supply engagement will be set in the individual agreement / invoice — this draft does not replace those terms.
7. Governing law
Governing law and venue for the final Terms will be set by the owner / counsel. Draft orientation is Hungarian law given Hungarian operation, but that is not a final jurisdiction clause without approval.
