2. Scope and third parties

11sound.hu covers brand presentation, journal articles, rental information pages and the contact form. The elevensound.hu WordPress site is a separate property; this notice does not cover it.

External shops (for example flightcase.hu and other partner stores linked from the site), social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and other outbound links (for example 11sound.ro) are separate controllers under their own policies.

3. Contact form — data and purpose

If you submit the contact form, we process the following data to respond to your inquiry (legal basis to be confirmed by owner/counsel in the final text — typically legitimate interests and/or steps prior to a contract):

• Name
• Email address
• Inquiry type (for example rental, shop, install)
• Message text
• Technical request ID
• Submission timestamp

The form includes a hidden honeypot field for spam filtering. If it is filled, no email is sent.

When SMTP is configured, the system sends an internal notification email and usually a confirmation email to the address you provided, via e-tiger.net (Viacom Informatikai Kft., Hungary) — SMTP over TLS; form messages are email-only (not stored on the web server). Your address may appear as Reply-To; the From address is the configured CONTACT_FROM / SMTP account. Form messages are delivered by email only — nothing is stored as a database or file on the web server. If SMTP is not configured, the form does not deliver messages.

Retention (owner decision): contact-form inquiries and related mailbox copies are kept for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing matter. After 90 days, inquiries must be deleted from the mailbox (see the operational deletion procedure).

4. Technical data, logs and rate limiting

To limit abuse of the contact form, the server briefly counts requests by IP address in memory (rate limiting). This counter is not a long-term log store and resets when the process restarts.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (server: Nuremberg nbg1, EU). nginx access logs may include IP address, requested URL, time and browser string; retained for 30 days, then deleted. Purpose: security (abuse blocking) and error diagnosis. Application logs may include request IDs, never form contents.

5. External fonts (Google Fonts)

Public pages load web fonts via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google may receive technical data such as IP address and user agent. This is not a first-party marketing cookie on the 11sound site, but it is third-party processing.

Owner decision needed: whether fonts should be self-hosted to avoid Google requests.

6. Cookies and tracking

The current application does not set first-party cookies for marketing or analytics and does not integrate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar trackers. Details: Cookie Policy.

There is no cookie banner at present because the site does not set its own non-essential cookies. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and consent mechanism must be updated.

9. Changes

The approved final notice will be published on this website. This draft carries the “Last updated” date above. While company registration number legal verification (and soft items) remain open, the DRAFT label remains.
